Q: what kind of products are offered at lune and sol?
as of August 2021, lune and sol offers scented candles, wax melts and home decor goods
other products are still in development and will come later in the year, so you can follow my instagram if you would like to keep up-to-date on what takes place behind the scenes!
Q: what kind of materials are used in your products?
all candles and wax melts are made with eco-friendly, vegan and cruelty-free soy wax and wicks, with non-toxic dyes and essential oils
any additional decorations i.e dried flowers, are either homemade or sourced from an eco-friendly, vegan and cruelty free source
Q: what should I do with my candle glasses?
once your candle has been burned fully, you can remove the excess wax and wick from the jar and re-use the glass
simply give the glass a good clean and you can use it for anything - pen pot, beauty storage etc
I hope to be able to provide a return system for candle glasses in the near future

Q: what payment methods do you accept?
I accept two methods of payment on my website: paypal or credit/debit card (via stripe)
simply select your option at checkout and you will either be redirected to paypal or you can fill in your card details to complete the transaction
you will receive an email confirmation once the transaction has been completed!
---------- POSTAGE & PACKAGING ----------
Q: how will my order be packaged?
being environmentally friendly is extremely important to me, so all items will be wrapped in recyclable packaging and/or packaging made of recycled materials - this can include brown kraft paper, paper honeycomb wrap, paper tape etc,
orders will be delivered in recyclable mailing boxes or pouches so you can flatten and add them to your recycling bin!
Q: what are your dispatch times?
orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday) from order confirmation
there will be no shipments on public holidays e.g. bank holidays, and all other days when the postal services are closed
Q: how long does delivery take?
> for UK/mainland orders:
› royal mail 2nd class = £2.25 - approx. delivery within 2-4 days
› royal mail tracked 48 = £3.50 - approx. delivery within 2-4 days with tracking
tracking codes will be sent along with the dispatch confirmation email
> international orders:
currently I do not offer international shipping but I hope to add this sometime soon!
please note: although I have provided an approximate delivery time, shipment delays are unfortunately out of my control, so please wait up to 15 working days in case it does show up - if nothing arrives, please drop me an email and I will follow up with the delivery service for more information (you may have to wait longer during busy periods such as holidays)
