refund, replacements & returns policy

- returns -

I truly hope that you like your lune and sol products, but if they are not to your fancy then please drop me an email at [email protected] to detail your return.

in order for me to process your return, I ask a few simple things:

  • the item is returned completely new and unused, in the same condition as received
  • you inform me via email within 5 days of receiving your package
  • you provide proof of purchase (screenshot of order confirmation will suffice)
  • you return the item in its original packaging

postage is non-refundable and you will have to return your goods to me at your own cost.

once I have received your returned items and carried out an inspection, I will process your refund (shipping fee deducted) which should take no longer than 2 working days


- replacements -

if you have received a damaged order, please email me at [email protected] with photos of the broken items and we can arrange either a full refund or replacement of your order free of charge

if you have received the wrong order, the correct item will be sent free of charge if requested
